# Add Role

 **1.** Navigate to the administration section in the menu items and select Roles

 **2.** Select “Add” to add a new Role (if a predefined role cannot be used)

 **3.** Enter the following details:

* Role Name
* Description
* Select the appropriate permissions and scope
* Submit to save the role
